Inter have taken a break from their negotiations with Cagliari and Hertha Berlin for Nicolo Barella and Valentino Lazaro, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri also remain €7 million shy of Hertha’s asking price for Lazaro and Beppe Marotta has asked for a ‘timeout’ in talks with Hertha.
Inter have other targets they are working on in the meantime, with four days left until their deadline to raise capital gains for Financial Fair Play.

Wenn das stimmt musste Hertha einknicken, weil wir das Geld zeitnah benötigen für andere Transfers.

Inter have agreed terms with Hertha Berlin over the transfer of Austrian international full-back Valentino Lazaro Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports.
After 20 days of negotiations the deal looks to finally be concluded, as Valentino Lazaro will join Inter for a fee of €22 million with additional add-on fee’s bringing the total value of the transfer up to €25 million, according to the report.

Ich denke mit 22+3 kann man schon leben. 25+ wären zwar besser gewesen aber das passt schon.

Mehr geht immer logisch, aber wenn es dann 22 Mio Sockelbetrag plus Boni werden, sodass insgesamt 25 Mio rauskommen ist das in Ordnung. Man kann immer über den Tellerrand hinausschauen und sagen, wie kann es sein, dass ein Wan-Bissaka, der nicht besser ist als Tino, 55 Mio kostet und wir bekommen nur 25 Mio.
Das sind andere Welten und wir sind nicht in der Lage, einfach mal zu sagen, wir können Tino verkaufen, müssen aber nicht, wir warten einfach mal bis August, vielleicht kriegen wir noch 30 Mio oder aber er bleibt halt noch 1 Jahr. Das geht eben nicht. Von daher wäre dieser Deal in der Größenordnung gut über die Bühne gebracht. Einen Leistungsträger für richtig viel Kohle zu verkaufen ist dann doch nochmal eine ganz andere Nummer, als einen Harguchi, wo man nicht viel zu verlieren hatte an Kohle. Von daher jetzt Überlegen was man von der Kohle noch gezielt einkaufen kann. 8-max.10 Mio könnte man davon vielleicht noch abknapsen.
